Welcome to our cozy cottage in beautiful Bliss, Michigan, near Mackinaw City. Enjoy privacy and nature while having convenient access to shopping and attractions.

Bliss Cottage is nestled 1000 feet from the road in beautiful hardwoods. Enjoy our nature trail for walking or riding your bike. During the day, enjoy Mackinaw City only 15 minutes away or many other attractions up to an hour away, such as Sault Ste. Marie, home of the Soo Locks; Tahquamenon Falls, near Paradise, Michigan; the inland waterway, with Cheboygan, Michigan, on one end and Alanson, Michigan, on the other end (many lakes and rivers in between).

After enjoying any of the many things available to do during the day, come back to the cottage in the evening for a quiet, relaxing dinner or movie or enjoy sitting outside. Many visitors get to see some of the wildlife that inhabits the area. Turkeys, squirrels, and an occasional deer are fed within a hundred feet of the cottage for guests' enjoyment.

Enjoy quiet, beautiful countryside while being close to many area attractions. Say entertained at one of the many area golf courses or by going to some of the many local historical sites. The wintertime offer the best skiing in the in the Midwest at Boyne Highlands or Nub's Nob ski area, and snowmobiling is spectacular.

With your soap, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the utility area. Be sure to ask about our pet accommodations -- we know how important your pet is to you. And of course, the cottage is smoke free, but for our smoker friends, we offer a comfortable indoor smoking area. Maintenance and cleanliness are done to a high standard. Our goal is for a you to feel like this is a home away from home. There are no stairs to climb and parking close to the cottage is routine. Come to Bliss, Michigan, and enjoy!
